Important information before you place your order:
We are delighted to provide you with Samsung parts. However, as an independent organization, we need to consider certain terms of delivery of Samsung.
Replacement parts and delivery times:
- Samsung sometimes uses various part numbers for one and the same part. Therefore the part that you receive might have a different part number than the one on your order. However, the specifications of the part are absolutely identical.
- The stock of Samsung parts changes rapidly. Parts that are in stock today could get the status 'ordered' the next day. As an independent organization 2Service does not have any influence on this. Samsung does not notify us about the delay.
- Therefore it might happen that some parts cannot be delivered within the promised 3-5 working days. All we can do is notify you about the status 10 resp. 15 days after your order. In this case you are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason. After 30 days the order will be cancelled automatically because that particular part probably cannot be delivered anymore. If that should be the case you also will be notified.

- We also offer dealers the ability to pay on account. However, this payment method requires a dealer login.
Standard shipping costs are: NL € 5,95, BE € 7,95, LUX € 11,95 incl. 21% VAT. Starting from a purchase amount of € 75,- we do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within the Netherlands and to Belgium. For Luxemburg a threshold of € 100,- applies.
